Did you put the \include folder into your \include folder of your compiler? I just haven't made a lot of progress in terms of actually doing things in it, if you know what I mean. If it's not located in a folder set at the Library Directories, you have to specify that folder under Link, Additional Library Directories. There was a misleading mistake in the book, and it's a 3rd edition.
